        The Council welcomes participation in the Council meetings. Comments shall be limited so that everyone may be heard. This item is limited to matters under the jurisdiction of the Council which are not on the posted agenda and items which have not already been considered by the Council. The Council limits comments on matters not on the agenda to 3 minutes per person. No action will be taken.

        Guest Speaker Barbara Moed of Air Quality Management District will present Air District update about pellet plant, MOVE 2030 progress on breakout teams, West Road cannabis operation update, RV Gas Station illuminated sign, Water Board update, fire safety preparedness, Adopt-A Road, neonicotinoids.

            The Community Action Plan was adopted by the MAC on 7-15-20 with inclusion of appendix that includes government cannabis rules websites. Plan was submitted to Planning and Building. Discuss progress.
