The Council welcomes participation in the Council meetings. Comments shall be limited so that everyone may be heard. This item is limited to matters under the jurisdiction of the Council which are not on the posted agenda and items which have not already been considered by the Council. The Council limits comments on matters not on the agenda to 3 minutes per person. No action will be taken. -

Guest speaker Janet Pauli of the Mendocino County Inland Water and Power Commission will speak about issues that affect Redwood Valley, Redwood Valley Water District recruitment, Adopt-A-Road 9-19-20 event report, fire preparedness updates, status on dead tree ordinance, discuss: how the County's cannabis program can protect the rural quality of life for everyone else.

The Community Action Plan was approved by the MAC on 7-15-20, and sent to Planning and Building for their review. A capable volunteer to assist in editing of the Design Guidelines is still needed.

The MAC currently has openings for 1 Member and 1 Alternate Member. Discuss recruitment efforts. RV Grange upcoming activity 10-31-20 Trick or Treat event. Discuss Zoom meeting service to save to Cloud at $40 per month (Jini). Treasurer's Report (Katrina).
