      The Council welcomes participation in the Council meetings. Comments shall be limited so that everyone may be heard. This item is limited to matters under the jurisdiction of the Council which are not on the posted agenda and items which have not already been considered by the Council. The Council limits comments on matters not on the agenda to 3 minutes per person. No action will be taken.

      Guest speaker Granville Pool of the Redwood Valley County Water District (RVCWD) will discuss RV water sources and future of RV water. Adopt-A-Road update. Fire preparedness update. Air quality update (Patricia). MOVE 2030 Big Mac update (Jini).

        Working within the bounds of State and County policy, how can we protect Redwood Valley residential neighborhoods' environment, water supply, traffic, odor, and crime against increasing number of cannabis farms? Concerns need to be compared and contrasted against current policy. Ad Hoc could read County policy, attend relevant BOS meetings, and make suggestions to the MAC. Example: Should ag zoned areas adjacent to residential zoning require farm owner's residency?

          Discuss pending permits and observed building activities. West Road Accommodation Zone issues, including lack of negative declaration posting to neighborhood.

            MAC approved the Plan 7-15-20, and sent it to P&B. Clifford Paulin has completed edits; committee is reviewing.

              MAC to vote on continued approval of Secretary, and discuss method of taking Minutes in real time. Secretary should feel free to insert herself in meetings to ask for correct names of speakers. MAC is seeking 1 Member and 1 Alternate Member.
