    The Council welcomes participation in the Council meetings. Comments shall be limited so that everyone may be heard. This item is limited to matters under the jurisdiction of the Council which are not on the posted agenda and items which have not already been considered by the Council. The Council limits comments on matters not on the agenda to 3 minutes per person. No action will be taken.
  3. Report from County and Agencies on Current Events

    Guest Speaker: Sarah Reith will speak about PG&E's "enhanced vegetation program." Possible guest Jeanne Wetzel Chinn.

    Darcie Antle, Asst CEO & Disaster Recovery Finance Director - PG&E Settlement funds. Discuss August 17 BOS decision. Grange funding, and using funds to send water to Mendocino for tourism. 

    Chris - Marie Jones of Sonoma/Mendocino Economic Development Board, contacted Sup. McGourty on Aug. 12, asking for a list of projects on which to spend $3 billion of federal Build Back Better funds for economic resiliency. 

    Sattie - requested on August 28, to have a discussion and possible action to created a MAC Ad Hoc sub committee with a goal of Local Government Engagement.

    Redwood Valley water issue updates. 

    Fire Preparedness updates.

          Community Members Alex De Grasse and Sheilah Rogers may work with Subcommittee.MAC approved Plan 7-15-20. After 6-9-21, Julia Krog informed Sup. McGourty, 4 amendments precede our request. CAP should be reviewed in 2022.
