                  The CAP was reviewed at BOS mtg. on 9-26-23, and Supervisors agreed with PBS that the Design Review  is not workable with discretionary rules. PBS agreed to look at different tiers of requirements for commercial, industrial and multi-family development and bring ideas to the MAC in early 2024. CAP team will need to meet.
