                 CAP vote was postponed at BOS mtg. on 9-26-23. Report out on 11-1-23 MAC Subcommittee meeting to amend the Design Guidelines so they are acceptable to Board of Supervisors.

                  Review Officers duties ahead of January meeting. Identify tasks of each of Treasurer, Secretary, Vice-Chair, and Chair. 

                  We have an opening for 1 member, seeking a secretary. 

                  Discuss equipment loss (microphones, etc.)and can insurance replace.

                  Discuss possible change in venue. 

                  No meeting in December.

                  Discuss  January Guest Speaker.
