            Permit for setback reduction at 3350 Rd B, Zajac cannabis farm.

            Faizon Corp 101 Gas Station, denied by Planning Commission. Chris and Dolly met with Supe McGourty on 1-15-24. Headed to BOS.

            Any updates on CalTrans bridge or sale of Redwood Valley School.

              PG&E wants to increase rates again in July by $30-$70 per household to pay for the grid only, not electric usage. Dolly reports. See letter.  

              AT&T wants to discontinue landlines, so necessary in rural Mendocino County. Marybeth reports.

                BOS approval set 2-6-24, we're asking for PBS to begin their part on 7-1-24. Report.

                  On 1-18-24 County needed a venue contract with Grange in order to pay for it. Any new information as to the Behavioral Health Center is welcome.

                  We have an opening for 1 member. Seeking a contract secretary. Discuss March guest speaker.
