1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 3:00 pm by Mayor Jim Murphy.

2. Public Comments

   Public Comment: None

3. Independent audit provider quote for years 2026-2028

   Finance Officer Susan Scarlet provided counsel on the effectiveness of Clifton Larson Allen LLP. Scarlet noted several strengths of the firm such as the firm's dedicated government division, their experience with the city, and their handling of difficult tasks such as the city's pension liability. City Manager Ryan Bonk also noted that engaging a new auditor may result in additional cost of staff time.  
   
   The committee voted to bring the quote for auditing services from Clifton Larson Allen LLP to the City Council for consideration at a later date.

   Mayor Jim Murphy motioned to approve. Councilmember Pat Morton seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:

        Abstained         Absent         Recused

   The meeting adjourned at 3:10 pm.
