          • Discussion on Scoping for Draft Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (DSEIR) for Canyon Rock Asphalt Facility (PLP22-0027)

            This is an opportunity for MAC councilmemembers and the public to comment on the scope of the evironmental issues to be addressed in the EIR for this project.

            Robert Aguaro, Senior Environmental Specialist, is the reviewer assigned to this project and will be available to answer questions about the process and receive comments that can be included as part of the record as well. 


            Permit Sonoma conducted a scoping meeting on August 21. The meeting included a presentationon elements of the project, a summary of the Notice of Preparation (NOP) and broader  California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA )process tocome, and an opportunity to provide comments on the scope of the DSEIR.
