          • Presentation from Cecily Condon, Permit Sonoma Division Manager, regarding the certification process of the Sonoma County Local Coastal Plan by the California Coastal Commission

            On November 27, 2023, Permit Sonoma submitted a Local Coastal Plan (LCP) amendment application for Sonoma County’s adopted Local Coastal Plan to the California Coastal Commission. The California Coastal Commission responded with a filing letter dated December 11, 2023, requesting that Permit Sonoma provide additional information to adequately analyze the proposed project for Coastal Act Conformance. 

            On May 8, 2024 Permit Sonoma published memo regarding the resubmittal of the Plan, which can be found here.
