RULES AND PROCEDURES OF THIS BOARD

Any person desiring to address the CSD Board on any item not on the Agenda may do so during the public comment period of the meeting. The public is asked to limit comments to three minutes. The Board will also allow for 3-minute public comments between each agenda item.

Please direct your email comments to the CSD at info.gmcsd@gmail.com. Members of the public may submit their comments in writing to be included in the public record. Copies of agenda reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business referred to on this agenda will be available on the District's website at www.gmcsd.org. If you have any questions on any agenda items, contact the CSD at 530-832-5945.

    In consideration of filing delinquent utility accounts on the County Tax Roll for 2025-2026 property taxes filing liens on the affected accounts.  

    • Delinquent Accounts report prepared for the Board of Directors to consider

    • Consideration of adopting resolution No. 2023-24-002 authorizing placement of delinquent utility accounts on the county tax roll.  

  4. Annual Fire Taxes & Resolution 2025-08-01

    In consideration of adopting Resolution 2025-08-01 requesting the County of Plumas collect charges on the 2025-2026 tax roll.  A copy of the report prepared to be sent to the County is available for the Board Directors' review. 

    • Hazardous Fuel Lot Evaluation

      General Manager, Skyler Allingham, will present for consideration in signing, a scope of work and consulting agreement for Deer Creek Resources. Deer Creek Resources will provide Hazardous Fuel Treatment standards for each of the 401 lots within the District.
