The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by President Gordon Bennie.

Elect Board Officers
Gordon was elected by the Board to serve as President
Kim Seney was elected as Vice President
nominated by Kathy Kogge and seconded by President Bennie with a roll call vote

Kim Seney- Abstained
Director Rene St. Pierre motioned to approve. Vice-President Kim Seney seconded the motion.
