3. Benefits 

   1. Clarification on the cost of the Benefits packet

      Several changes were made as requested by the board

      
      

4. Type 3 Engine Expenditures 

   Discussed expenses for painting the Type 3 Engine. Equipment was discussed , Bill has  a wish list  of items. Amend Profit and loss to reflect start up cost and Operational cost 

5. Fire Tax Income Statement

   Amount  due to us is $ 105,094.23  

   1/2 Paid in Dec the other half in April
