1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 10:05 am by Director Rene St. Pierre.

   1. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 – Public Employee Performance Evaluation

      To hold another closed session meeting when all  board members can be present for GM Performance review.

7. GM Report- Skyler Allingham

   Skyler went over the District finances. Did an update on where we are at as far as the budget.
