1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 11:19 am by President Bill Martin.
   
   
   1. Determination of a Quorum and Acceptance of the Agenda.
      

      Director Churchill moved to accept the agenda. Director Felker seconded and the motion carried unanimously.

      
      
      
2. Public Comments

   None

3. Board of Directors

   1. Review and/or approve PACE Engineering to seek grant funding for the lead service line inventory project.

      The Board would like staff to obtain another quote for the grant funding application prior to entering into an agreement.

      Director Kathy Felker motioned to approve. Director Denny Churchill seconded the motion.
      
      The motion passed with the following vote:

        0   Abstained      0   Absent         Recused
      
      

   2. Discuss personnel items.

      No Action
4. Adjournment

   Director Churchill moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:00 p.m. President Martin seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
