1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am by President Bill Martin.

      Present: President Bill Martin, Vice-President Mike Beatty, Director Denny Churchill, Director Kathy Felker, Director Ruth Jackson

      Staff Present: Jim Doohan, General Manager  Katie Nunn, Board Secretary

      
      
   2. Determination of a Quorum and Acceptance of the Agenda.
      

      Director Churchill moved to accept the agenda. Vice-President Beatty seconded and the motion carried unanimously.

   None

3. Approval of Minutes

   This item was tabled until the March meeting.

4. Closed Session

   1. Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: 1 case [Claims of Myers Construction for Wastewaster Treatment Plant Project]

      No Action
5. Board of Directors

   The Solar Project was discussed. This will be brought back to the March meeting

6. Adjournment

   President Martin adjourned the meeting at 10:31 a.m.
