1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 10:04 am by President Bill Martin.
   
   
   1. Roll Call
      

      Present: President Bill Martin, Vice-President Mike Beatty, Director Denny Churchill, Director Ruth Jackson

      Absent: Director Kathy Felker

      Staff Present: Jim Doohan, General Manager  Kyler Raden, Best, Best and Krieger  Katie Nunn, Board Secretary

      
      
2. Public Comments

   None

3. Board of Directors

   The Board elected to deny the request to join Plumas LAFCo.

4. Solar Project Director Denny Churchill motioned to approve. Vice-President Mike Beatty seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:
     4   In Favor      0   Opposed
     0   Abstained      1   Absent         Recused
   
   
5. Business Manager

   Vice-President Beatty moved to authorize the Business Manager to invest $2,000,000 into one of our investment accounts. President Martin seconded and the motion passed unanimously. 

6. Adjournment

   The meeting adjourned at 10:35 a.m.
