   The meeting was called to order at by President Bill Martin.

3. Board of Directors

   1. Review and/or approve customer request to remove wood from the District's property.

      Staff will work with legal counsel to create a policy and establish a liability waiver for this request.

   2. Review and/or approve Change Orders for the Generator Installation Project.

      Director Denny Churchill motioned to approve. President Bill Martin seconded the motion.

      General Manager gave an update regarding the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project.

   2. Approve purchase of new wastewater sampler.
