   The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by President Bill Martin.

      Staff Present: Jim Doohan, General Manager, Josh Nelson, Best, Best and Krieger, Katie Nunn , Business Manager

      
      
2. Board of Directors

   1. Update on staffing and projects.

      Staff gave an update on the current staffing of the District and the open positions. Additional advertising will be put in place to recruit personnel.

3. Adjournment

   The meeting adjourned at 10:52 a.m.
