   The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by City Member - Chair Jim Murphy.

   1. Approval of Minutes for August 11, 2025 Meeting

   2. Payment of Claims for August and September 2025

   County Member - Vice Chair Kevin Goss motioned to approve. Public Member Matthew Haesche seconded the motion.

   1. Letter to Plumas County Auditor Re: effective date of reorganizations

      Rich M. commented on the reorganizations and how it would affect Beckworth Peak Fire District. 

5. Review North Region Nominations for CALAFCO Board
   City Member Bill Powers motioned to approve. Public Member Matthew Haesche seconded the motion.

6. CALAFCO Reorganization Update

   1. Review workplan status

7. Plumas LAFCO Nomination for CALAFCO Achievement Awards
8. Grizzly Lake CSD Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence Update

   1. Receive staff presentation and discussion

      Rich M. states that the ISO scores were sub-par for the Water Districts

   2. Set public hearing for December 8, 2025 to consider adoption.

9. Election of Chair and Vice Chair for FY 25-26

      Chair nominee Commissioner Haesche

10. Executive Officer Report

    1. Clerk Position

       The new Clerk will be Allen Hiskey who is currently the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors for Plumas County. He will assist with agenda preparation and receive a stipend for his time while working on LAFCo items.
