   The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by County Member - Chair Kevin Goss.

5. Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence Update for Chester Public Utility District and Peninsula Fire Protection District

   1. Receive presentation from staff.

   3. Consider Resolution 2024-0005 adopting service review determinations and sphere of influence updates for Chester PUD and Peninsula FPD.

      Public Member Matthew Haesche motioned to approve. City Member Bill Powers seconded the motion.

6. Sphere of Influence Update for Beckwourth Peak Fire Protection District and Eastern Plumas Rural Fire Protection District

   1. Receive presentation from staff.

   2. Conduct public hearing.

      Cary Curtis, Director for Beckwourth Peak FPD, and Angie Sutliffe provided comments.

   3. Consider Resolution 2024-0006 adopting sphere of influence updates for Beckwourth Peak FPD and Eastern Plumas Rural FPD.

      Adopted pending confirmation that the western boundaries of Maybe are included in the updated SOI for Beckwourth Peak FPD.

      City Member Bill Powers motioned to approve. Public Member Matthew Haesche seconded the motion.

      Jennifer Stephenson read into record a comment received from Lori Tate.  No other public comment.

   3. Consider Resolution 2024-0007 adopting service review determinations and sphere of influence updates for Grizzly Lake CSD.

      County Member Tom McGowan motioned to approve. City Member Bill Powers seconded the motion.

      Corinne Zack provided additional information and comments.  Amy Oleck-Davis provided comments.

   2. Consider whether to make PECSD a priority for an MSR

      Start researching in FY 24/25, finish as a priority in FY 25/26.
