   The meeting was called to order at 11:03 am by Chairman Jerry Buzzard.

3. Clarification of Salary Adjustments for Grounds Foreman Cooper and Office Manager Kornegay

   Due to a miscalculation in the original motion, Trustee Erin Gardiner is amending her motion from the July 15, 2025 Regular Board Meeting. The previous motion approved a $3.50 per hour raise for Grounds Foreman Jaymen Cooper and Office Manager Dana Kornegay, intended to bring their annual salaries to $82,000. However, that amount did not result in the intended annual salary.

   The amended motion is to set the annual salaries for both Office Manager Kornegay and Grounds Foreman Cooper at $82,000 per year, which equates to $39.42 per hour, reflecting an hourly increase of $4.17. 

   Trustee Erin Gardiner motioned to approve. Trustee Carolyn Johnson seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:
