Office Manager's Monthly Report
1. Financial Statements for February 2024
  
  The financial statement for February 2024 were presented to the Board.
2. David Farnsworth, CPA started the June 30, 2023 financial audit. Mr. Farnsworth's "Communication with Those Charged with Governenace during Planning" letter.
3. Ethics and harrassment prevention training
  
  The County of Mendocino held their anti harrassment training earlier in the year. Usually the District is invited to attend their ethics and anti harrassment trainings. Trustees that wish to do their trainings individually have the option of doing them online through Vector Solutions.

Grounds Foreman's Monthly Report
1. Burials for month and year to date
  
  Burials for month and year to date: Grounds Foreman Cooper reported that year to date burials are 10 full and 14 ash for a total of 24 burials. 2023 year to date burials were 11 full and 5 ash for a total of 16 burials.
2. Grounds maintenance
  
  Cooper rented a lift and spent a week trimming up trees throughout the cemetery.
  Cooper spent a day weed eating and cleaning up the Redwood Valley Cemetery.
  A to Z Constructions installed the new gates and repaired the fence along Low Gap Road.
  Cooper has questions regarding the recycled water project and will be asking for a meeting with city planners soon.
Investment Committee Report
The Stifel Endowment Investment account reports were presented to the Board for February 2024. The balance in the Stifel Endowment account as of February 2024 is $1,725,960 and the balance in the Stifel Endowment Interest account is $124,573.
Trustees Discussions, Questions & Comments
April 6, 2024 Trustee Erin Gardiner will host her first cemetery walking tour. The tour will start at the flag pole at 10:00 am. Tours will be held the first Saturday of the month from April through October.
