   The meeting was called to order at 11:12 am by Chairman Jerry Buzzard.

2. Public Comments

3. Consultation with Michael Celentano CPA regarding the District's general operating funds and investments.

   Michael Celentano, CPA attended the meeting to consult with the Trustees regarding the District's general operating funds and investments.  September 30, 2024 the District withdrew its funds from the County of Mendocino.  Celentano recommended splitting 25% of the funds between the District's LAIF account and general checking account held with the Savings Bank of Mendocino County.

   75% of the District funds that were held in the County of Mendocino (the funds from the capital reserves and general fund held with Mendocino County) will be transferred to the new Stifel Capital Projects account in the amount of $807,611.

   Trustee Erin Gardiner motioned to approve. Trustee Carol Connerton seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:
