   The meeting was called to order at 11:00 am by Chairman Jerry Buzzard.

3. Valley Paving's Updated/Revised Proposal for Deer Park

   Scott Ault from Valley Paving presented Foreman Cooper with a revised/updated proposal for the road work being done in Deer Park.  The previous proposal that the District approved in the 2024-2025 budget was $95,370.  Since the original proposal was received months ago there has been an overall cost increase of $4,914.  In addition, the scope of work has changed a bit with the curbs and gutters.  To form and pour additional curb-gutter will be an additional $18,578.  The total revised proposal is now $118,862.

   Trustee Gary Mirata motioned to approve. Trustee Erin Gardiner seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:
