   The meeting was called to order at 5:04 pm by Kimberly Green.

   1. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 – Public Employee Appointment
      
      General Manager: Interview of Applicant #2

      Board entered Closed Session at 5:07pm and reconvened at 7:11pm.

      The interviewee entered at 5:10pm and exited at 6:14pm.

      Director Green reported out that the Board interviewed subject, no action taken.

3. Adjournment

   Director Voboril made a motion to Adjourn. Director Martinez seconded. Meeting adjourned at 7:12pm.
