1. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 – Public Employee Appointment
  
  General Manager: Interview of Applicant #3 (Applicant will be joining by zoom)
  
  Directors entered Closed Session at 5:39pm.
  Director Raker arrived at 5:41pm and entered Closed Session.
  Directors returned from Closed Session at 6:59 pm.
  Director Green reported out, no action taken, interviewed third subject.
  Another Special Meeting possibly forthcoming.
Adjournment
Director Raker stated that he was thankful that the other Directors waited for him to arrive.
Director Voboril made a motion to Adjourn. Director Martinez seconded.
All Ayes, meeting adjourned at 7:03pm.
