Virtual Report by Scott German at Fechter & Co. CPA Services
Mr. German's report to the board on the Due to and Due from research:
Robust accounting system. Lots of reports not needed within the system. Setting up a Due to and Due From system prior would save a lot of time in the future. Cash not tracked.
Recommended a cash transfer policy. Recommended internal loan interest rate policy. Recommended monthly due to and due from reports.
$215,896 is the final net that the Fire fund owes the Sewer fund pending the investigation into the 980K loss of net revenue in 2023 in the Sanitation Fund.
GM Mullaney will research the 2023 negative 1,000,000-dollar sewer question.

Director Graffweg asked if the CPA Mary Cheek was invited to this presentation. GM Mulaney responded that she thought she may have emailed her but will check.

Indian Valley Community Services District Mutual Aid Agreement
GM Mullaney explained to Director Martinez that it wasn't a recusal issue for her to be in closed session, as the IVCSD agreement doesn't pertain to employee wages. Adjourned to Closed Session at 5:54PM. Reconvened at 6:11pm.
