1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 3:01 pm by Kimberly Green.

      Present: Stephen Graffweg, Kimberly Green, Arthur Tharpe, Stephen Voboril, Royce Raker

      
      
2. Discussion of Tax Measure Education

   Director Green opened by stating that she'd put together a timeline of events relating to Board and Management changes. She opened questions up to the Board about how they wanted to proceed at the Town Hall meeting later. After much discussion it was decided to list their accomplishments and be straight forward.

   Recessed at 3:25pm

   Returned from recess at 3:27pm

3. Adjournment

   Motion to Adjourn by Director Raker. Second by Director Graffweg.  All ayes, meeting adjourned at 4:35pm
