1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 4:04 pm by President Richard McLaughlin.

2. Public Comments

   There were no public comments.

3. Draft Budget Discussion

   Discussion on proposed final draft was held. 

4. Policy Review

   Several Policies were discussed including: Reserves, the need to settle on some solid reserve goals

   Treasurer: Daniel Smith to relinquish the the position of Treasurer to the New Fire Chief Jack Rosevear.

   
   

5. Future Meetings

   The next scheduled Finance Committee Meeting will be June 19, 2024 @ 9:00am.
